Hager Ernst Partners with Major Financial Services Firm

The Reznick Group and Hager Ernst, LLC announced a new partnership to promote European Renewable Energy Technology firms in the United States and to create an innovative green operational assessment product. The collaborative effort includes the presentation of investment opportunities for European firms in U.S. renewable energy projects, specifically with requirements for Solar, Wind, Geothermal and Biomass technology.

The Reznick Group is one of the largest public accounting, tax and advisory services forms in the U.S. with over 1,500 employees. They also have substantial project finance and M&A skills, especially in the Renewable Energy sector.

The joint collaboration of Reznick Group and Hager Ernst seeks to support the business development endeavors of European firms looking to expand into the rapidly growing U.S. market. Services offered include systematic search for business opportunities and partners, participation in renewable energy transactions as vendor, supplier, integrator or financier; and strategic and expansion consulting services. This includes site selection services for offices, distribution facilities and manufacturing plants.
